No. Nothing is deleted. Songs beyond the free limit, or made from a Plus song, stay readable, and you can export them.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: 7 days of Plus, once per account.

Can I share what I make?

Yes, anywhere, including monetised videos, credited "Arranged by Stackapella". The songs are in the public domain.

Can I run it myself?

Yes. Stackapella is open source, so you can run it on your own server with every Plus feature, free. Most singers don't need to: stackapella.com is free to start.
