Plus and billing

What's free

• Free has no card and no time limit, and you can start without an account.
• You get the beginner course (units 1 to 7), four songs plus the song of the month, one workout a day, and the report on your latest take.
• Record every part, polish the mix, export as WAV, and share links and videos.
• Your account keeps 3 songs, 1 GB of recordings, and one private or unlisted template of your own. Up to 2 friends can sing on one of your songs.
• Course work never counts toward your 3 songs, and Recently deleted never counts toward your storage.

What Plus adds

• Every song, with new ones each month, the full course with all its units and paths, and the ten Plus courses (Vibrato, Counterpoint, Barbershop and tags and more), each with its first lesson free.
• Unlimited workouts, and your history: how you're improving over time.
• Unlimited songs, 50 GB for recordings, and up to 20 friends on a song.
• MP3 export, and each part on its own (stems).
• Unlimited private or unlisted templates, your own recorded guides, and choir groups (18 and over).
• Plus is from $3.33 a month.

The free trial

• Try Plus free for 7 days, once per account and once per card.
• Checkout shows the price with tax, and the date your trial ends, before you pay anything. We email you before the trial turns into a charge.
• Cancel before then and you won't be charged.

Getting Plus

• Sign in and confirm your email. Then open Settings (tap your name or picture at the top of the home page), and "See Plus" under Plan and storage.
• Choose Yearly or Monthly and the currency to pay in, then "Start your 7-day free trial", or "Get Plus yearly" or "Get Plus monthly" with the price.

Cancelling

• Cancel online, any time: Settings, then "Manage your plan" under Plan and storage, then "Manage your plan" again under Your plan to open the billing page, and cancel there.
• Plus stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing more is charged. Your plan says "Plus is cancelled and stays on until" that date.
• If your Plus is paid by invoice, write to us to change it.

When Plus ends

• Nothing is deleted.
• The free plan keeps 3 songs editable, and you choose which: tap "Choose which stay editable" on a read-only song, or go to Settings, then "See what's using space" under Storage. The others stay read-only: you can still play and export them.
• A song made from a Plus song becomes read-only too, and you can still play and export it. One started from the song of the month stays usable.
• A choir group you direct becomes read only: your singers can keep learning what's shared, but nothing new can be added.
• If your recordings are over the free plan's 1 GB, new ones stay on your device until there's room.

Plus songs offline

• A Plus song keeps working offline for 14 days after the app last checked your plan. After that, it needs a quick check online before you change it again. You can still play it.

Refunds

• Ask us with Contact us in the app (choose "Account or Plus"), or write to [email protected] from your account's address. We answer payment questions within 1 working day.
• A refund goes back to the card you paid with, and usually reaches it in 5 to 10 days, depending on your bank.
• In the European Union and the United Kingdom, you can withdraw within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason.
